The Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration prepares graduates to pursue careers in local, state and national government organizations and the non-profit sector. Students admitted into the program must have completed an associate’s degree or General Education course requirements. The program is delivered online providing the convenience and flexibility needed by working adults.

The online Public Administration program is a degree-completion program. Applicants must have completed an associate’s degree or at least 50 credit hours of General Education course requirements. General Education courses are typically Freshman and Sophomore college-level courses. Your transcript will receive a personalized evaluation and the Department of Social Sciences will ultimately determine which courses/credits are transferable to South Carolina State University.
A computer with Internet connectivity is required for coursework delivered online.

Some online courses may require students to complete a proctored exam to verify student identity. A fee may be charged for proctored exams.
