Description: The Blackboard Essentials course is self-paced, meaning that there is not an instructor who teaches the course. This course will provideyou with a comprehensive high-level overview of the features of Blackboard that will give you and your students the very best and most effective teaching and learning experience. Participants will complete five modules on various topics and move through the course at their own pace.If you are new to the university or need a refresher in Blackboard, this is the course for you.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Upload a syllabus and navigate Blackboard
- Create/upload & organize course content meaningfully
- Utilize the course announcements feature
- Access student preview feature
