The Educational Specialist (Ed.S) program at South Carolina State University is designed for practicing educators who seek principal and superintendent career opportunities. The program produces graduates who possess the knowledge, skills and dispositions required to produce and maintain high academic achievement in the public schools through effective performance, reflective decision-making and humanistic practice. Upon completion of the program, participants will obtain principal and superintendent certification. As a student, you will learn from experienced, school-based and central office administrators with many of the faculty previously served as district superintendents. The program only requires 45 semester credit hours beyond the master’s degree.

Fees: $84 (per semester)
*eTuition rates are the same for both in-state and out-of-state students.
